You can do this short meditation anywhere quiet — by a window, in your bed, or under the open sky.

🌬️ 1. Ground & Breathe

Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.

Take three deep breaths. Inhale moonlight, exhale tension.


🌕 2. Visualize the Moon

Picture the full moon above you — calm, complete, glowing.

Let its light bathe your body and mind in clarity.


🪶 3. Whisper & Release

Gently say (out loud or in your heart):

"I release what is not mine to carry."

"I make space for truth and peace."


☁️ 4. Rest & Receive

Feel your body softening, your breath slowing.

Stay here for a few minutes.
